Service & Rooms
Dunfermline House, although in the very heart of Melrose, is situated
in a quite location. There is plenty overnight parking just opposite.
Once inside you will be impressed by the high standard of decor and the
friendly service.
All rooms have en-suite facilites or private bathrooms. In all rooms
there are tea and coffee making facilities as well as a coloured TV.
From every window there is a view of either Melrose Abbey or the Eildon
Hills, a prominent landmark for the Border area.
In the evening there are numerous excellent eating places located in
and around Melrose, several less than two or three minutes walk from
Dunfermline House. Sample menus can be found in your bedroom files and
we will be happy to offer you our assistance.
Marmions Brasserie,
Chapters Bistro,
Monte Cassino,
Hoebridge Inn and several local hotels and inns.
There are also comfortable bars and a small theatre all in Melrose, and
a cinema complex 3 miles away. Alternative you might just want to
relax in your 4 star room.

Our standard rate is £60 per room per night.
For our single room the rate is £35 per night
For single occupancy of a double or twin room the cost is £45 per night
